Preparing for Thanksgiving, the Southern California District Council of Laborers (SCDCL) proudly joined LAUSD Region West and the LAUSD Office of Development & Civic Engagement to support families across West Los Angeles.
Members from SCDCL, LIUNA Local 300 Los Angeles, LIUNA Local 724 Hollywood, and Gunite Local 345 volunteered their time to assemble food bags with fresh vegetables and distribute boxes provided by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
Together, our teams helped provide support and relief to more than 400 families during the holiday season.
