SCDCL brought leadership together from across the region to support Assemblymember Phillip Chen and reinforce a relationship that puts our members to work and keeps our state moving forward.
We were joined by leadership and staff from across the Pacific Southwest, led by Jon P. Preciado, Business Manager of the Southern California District Council of Laborers, along with SCDCL staff, Ernesto J. Ordonez, LIUNA Vice President and Pacific Southwest Regional Manager, Joe Cruz, Executive Director of the California State Council of Laborers, and Local Business Managers alongside their agents including Hertz Ramirez (Local 220), Sergio Rascon (Local 300), Adrian Esparza (Local 652), Alex Artiaga (Local 783), Mike Dea (Local 1184), and Nicholas Santos (Local 1309).
