In today's highly Competitive global economy, North America must collectively pursue a proactive strategy. The reality is that neither workers nor employers can do it alone. The key is to combine our strengths, Talents and skills to fortify our position in the marketplace. Cooperation between labor and management increases productivity, efficiency and job security.

Project and Job Tracking

The Cooperation Trust Tracking System (CTTS) tracks construction projects throughout the United States. The CTTS program currently tracks close to 20,000 projects and contains information on more than 500 contractors in the CTTS system, Including:

  • General contractors
  • Subcontractors
  • Construction managers
  • Minority, disadvantaged, and women owned business enterprises

Legislative and Regulatory Assistance

The Corporation Trust provides legislative and regulatory support to signatory contractors on market related issues at the Federal, State and Local levels.

Marketing Assistance

The Cooperation Trust aggressively markets union construction initiatives and policy perspectives. Through editorials, informational brochures, news bulletins and quarterly newsletter, among other public relations endeavors, the Cooperation Trust ensures that the concerns of its members are made known to policymakers, industry participants and the public.

Research Assistance

The Cooperation Trust provides signatory contractors with access to information on legislative, regulatory and market issues. The Trust also conducts seminars and conferences to address a variety of contractor and workers concerns, including workers' compensation reform, government contracting, and OSHA penalty avoidance, among others.
